#426: In an effort to spend more time listening to and amplifying the voices of SPI's Black community, we invited people to submit a recording via SpeakPipe sharing whatever they felt comfortable. Team Flynn did not disappoint. Numerous Black entrepreneurs responded, sharing their challenges, promoting their businesses, sharing advice and resources, and telling their stories. David Pitt, a family man with a passion for art, transitioned from aspiring brain surgeon to artist in his early life. Excelling in art, he later managed a newspaper's composing room, focusing on computer programming. An avid sports enthusiast, particularly in Tenpin Bowling, David also enjoys reading, operating computers, and writing, having published four spiritual books. Known for his people skills, he integrates strong Christian values and psychology into his interpersonal interactions, always aiming to uplift and assist others. One of his favorite scriptures before embarking on any journey is Isaiah 40: 31 – All things are possible: The heart is the key that unlocks issues in life.
